本(ben)產品分上(shang)下層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),雙(shuang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)瓜子(zi)同時(shi)烘(hong)干(gan),上(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)大風量排濕氣(qi),將(jiang)(jiang)瓜子(zi)烘(hong)至半干(gan)。經(jing)氣(qi)動(dong)閥(fa)開關(guan),把(ba)瓜子(zi)放到(dao)下層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)進行高(gao)溫(wen)烤制(zhi)(zhi),烤干(gan)后經(jing)氣(qi)動(dong)閥(fa)作(zuo) 將(jiang)(jiang)瓜子(zi)放到(dao)出料(liao)斗,在過輸送帶(dai)輸送到(dao)目的,同時(shi)上(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)再放入瓜子(zi),相(xiang)當于傳統烘(hong)烤時(shi)蓋上(shang)透(tou)氣(qi)性織布,有效避(bi)免高(gao)溫(wen)烘(hong)烤時(shi)的香料(liao)味散失(shi),提高(gao)香料(liao)利用(yong)率。雙(shuang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)設計烘(hong)烤既(ji)提高(gao)烤制(zhi)(zhi)速(su)度,又(you)節約(yue)了能源(yuan)。本(ben)機采(cai)用(yong)導熱(re)(re)油及蒸汽(qi)繞(rao)翅片管換熱(re)(re)器為(wei)熱(re)(re)源(yuan),也可以配(pei)熱(re)(re)風爐(lu)為(wei)熱(re)(re)源(yuan),下層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)設有觀察窗(chuang),易于觀察瓜子(zi)狀態,避(bi)免因烘(hong)制(zhi)(zhi)過度出現紅仁或質量不(bu)穩定(ding),一般1000斤瓜子(zi)約(yue)2.5個小(xiao)時(shi)烤制(zhi)(zhi)完畢(bi)。
