本產品(pin)分上(shang)下層,雙層瓜子(zi)(zi)同時(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干,上(shang)層大風量(liang)排(pai)濕氣(qi),將瓜子(zi)(zi)烘(hong)(hong)至(zhi)半(ban)干。經(jing)氣(qi)動(dong)閥開關,把瓜子(zi)(zi)放到下層進行高(gao)溫(wen)烤(kao)制(zhi),烤(kao)干后(hou)經(jing)氣(qi)動(dong)閥作(zuo) 將瓜子(zi)(zi)放到出料(liao)斗,在過輸送帶(dai)輸送到目的(de),同時(shi)上(shang)層再放入瓜子(zi)(zi),相(xiang)當于(yu)傳統(tong)烘(hong)(hong)烤(kao)時(shi)蓋上(shang)透(tou)氣(qi)性(xing)織布(bu),有(you)效避免高(gao)溫(wen)烘(hong)(hong)烤(kao)時(shi)的(de)香料(liao)味散失,提高(gao)香料(liao)利用率。雙層設(she)計烘(hong)(hong)烤(kao)既提高(gao)烤(kao)制(zhi)速度,又節約了能(neng)源。本機采用導(dao)熱(re)(re)油(you)及蒸汽(qi)繞翅片(pian)管換熱(re)(re)器(qi)為熱(re)(re)源,也(ye)可(ke)以(yi)配(pei)熱(re)(re)風爐為熱(re)(re)源,下層設(she)有(you)觀(guan)察(cha)窗,易于(yu)觀(guan)察(cha)瓜子(zi)(zi)狀態,避免因烘(hong)(hong)制(zhi)過度出現(xian)紅仁或(huo)質量(liang)不穩定(ding),一(yi)般1000斤瓜子(zi)(zi)約2.5個(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)烤(kao)制(zhi)完畢(bi)。
