本(ben)產品分(fen)上(shang)(shang)(shang)下(xia)層(ceng)(ceng),雙層(ceng)(ceng)瓜(gua)子(zi)同時(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干,上(shang)(shang)(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)大風量排濕(shi)氣(qi),將瓜(gua)子(zi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)至半干。經(jing)氣(qi)動閥(fa)開關,把瓜(gua)子(zi)放(fang)到下(xia)層(ceng)(ceng)進行高(gao)溫烤(kao)制(zhi),烤(kao)干后(hou)經(jing)氣(qi)動閥(fa)作 將瓜(gua)子(zi)放(fang)到出料(liao)斗,在過輸送帶輸送到目的,同時(shi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)再放(fang)入瓜(gua)子(zi),相當于(yu)傳統烘(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)時(shi)蓋上(shang)(shang)(shang)透氣(qi)性織布,有(you)效避(bi)免高(gao)溫烘(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)時(shi)的香(xiang)料(liao)味散(san)失(shi),提高(gao)香(xiang)料(liao)利用(yong)率。雙層(ceng)(ceng)設計烘(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)既提高(gao)烤(kao)制(zhi)速度,又節(jie)約(yue)了能源(yuan)。本(ben)機采(cai)用(yong)導熱油(you)及蒸汽繞翅片(pian)管換(huan)熱器為(wei)熱源(yuan),也可以配熱風爐為(wei)熱源(yuan),下(xia)層(ceng)(ceng)設有(you)觀察(cha)窗,易(yi)于(yu)觀察(cha)瓜(gua)子(zi)狀態,避(bi)免因烘(hong)(hong)(hong)制(zhi)過度出現紅仁(ren)或(huo)質量不穩定,一般(ban)1000斤瓜(gua)子(zi)約(yue)2.5個小時(shi)烤(kao)制(zhi)完畢。
