本產品分上(shang)下層(ceng)(ceng),雙(shuang)層(ceng)(ceng)瓜(gua)(gua)子(zi)(zi)同(tong)時(shi)烘干,上(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)大風(feng)量排濕氣,將瓜(gua)(gua)子(zi)(zi)烘至半干。經(jing)氣動閥(fa)開關(guan),把瓜(gua)(gua)子(zi)(zi)放到下層(ceng)(ceng)進行高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫烤(kao)制(zhi),烤(kao)干后經(jing)氣動閥(fa)作 將瓜(gua)(gua)子(zi)(zi)放到出料斗,在過輸送(song)帶輸送(song)到目的,同(tong)時(shi)上(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)再放入瓜(gua)(gua)子(zi)(zi),相當于傳統烘烤(kao)時(shi)蓋上(shang)透氣性織布,有(you)效避(bi)免高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫烘烤(kao)時(shi)的香料味散失,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)香料利(li)用(yong)率。雙(shuang)層(ceng)(ceng)設計烘烤(kao)既提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)烤(kao)制(zhi)速度,又(you)節約了(le)能源。本機采用(yong)導熱油及蒸汽繞翅片管(guan)換熱器(qi)為熱源,也可以配熱風(feng)爐為熱源,下層(ceng)(ceng)設有(you)觀察窗(chuang),易于觀察瓜(gua)(gua)子(zi)(zi)狀態,避(bi)免因(yin)烘制(zhi)過度出現(xian)紅(hong)仁或質量不穩定,一般1000斤(jin)瓜(gua)(gua)子(zi)(zi)約2.5個小時(shi)烤(kao)制(zhi)完畢。
