本產品分上下層(ceng)(ceng),雙層(ceng)(ceng)瓜子(zi)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)烘干(gan)(gan),上層(ceng)(ceng)大風量排濕氣,將(jiang)瓜子(zi)烘至半干(gan)(gan)。經氣動(dong)閥(fa)開關,把瓜子(zi)放到下層(ceng)(ceng)進行高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)烤(kao)制,烤(kao)干(gan)(gan)后經氣動(dong)閥(fa)作 將(jiang)瓜子(zi)放到出料斗,在過輸(shu)送(song)帶輸(shu)送(song)到目(mu)的,同時(shi)(shi)(shi)上層(ceng)(ceng)再放入瓜子(zi),相當(dang)于(yu)傳(chuan)統烘烤(kao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)蓋上透氣性織布,有(you)效(xiao)避免高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)烘烤(kao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的香料味(wei)散失,提高(gao)(gao)香料利用率。雙層(ceng)(ceng)設計烘烤(kao)既提高(gao)(gao)烤(kao)制速度,又節約(yue)了能源(yuan)。本機采(cai)用導熱(re)油(you)及蒸汽(qi)繞翅(chi)片管換熱(re)器為(wei)熱(re)源(yuan),也可以配熱(re)風爐為(wei)熱(re)源(yuan),下層(ceng)(ceng)設有(you)觀察窗,易于(yu)觀察瓜子(zi)狀態,避免因烘制過度出現紅仁(ren)或質(zhi)量不(bu)穩定(ding),一般1000斤瓜子(zi)約(yue)2.5個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)(shi)烤(kao)制完畢。
