本(ben)(ben)產(chan)品分上(shang)下層(ceng)(ceng),雙層(ceng)(ceng)瓜(gua)(gua)子同時(shi)烘(hong)干(gan),上(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)大(da)風(feng)量(liang)排濕(shi)氣(qi),將(jiang)瓜(gua)(gua)子烘(hong)至半干(gan)。經氣(qi)動閥(fa)開關,把瓜(gua)(gua)子放到下層(ceng)(ceng)進行高(gao)溫烤制(zhi),烤干(gan)后經氣(qi)動閥(fa)作(zuo) 將(jiang)瓜(gua)(gua)子放到出(chu)料斗,在(zai)過(guo)輸送帶輸送到目(mu)的(de),同時(shi)上(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)再放入(ru)瓜(gua)(gua)子,相當于傳統烘(hong)烤時(shi)蓋上(shang)透(tou)氣(qi)性(xing)織布,有(you)效避免(mian)高(gao)溫烘(hong)烤時(shi)的(de)香(xiang)料味散失,提(ti)高(gao)香(xiang)料利(li)用(yong)(yong)率。雙層(ceng)(ceng)設計烘(hong)烤既提(ti)高(gao)烤制(zhi)速度(du),又(you)節約了能源。本(ben)(ben)機采用(yong)(yong)導熱(re)(re)(re)油及蒸(zheng)汽(qi)繞翅片(pian)管(guan)換熱(re)(re)(re)器為熱(re)(re)(re)源,也可以配熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)爐為熱(re)(re)(re)源,下層(ceng)(ceng)設有(you)觀(guan)察(cha)窗(chuang),易于觀(guan)察(cha)瓜(gua)(gua)子狀態,避免(mian)因烘(hong)制(zhi)過(guo)度(du)出(chu)現紅仁或質(zhi)量(liang)不穩(wen)定,一般1000斤瓜(gua)(gua)子約2.5個小時(shi)烤制(zhi)完畢(bi)。
