本(ben)產品分上下層(ceng)(ceng),雙層(ceng)(ceng)瓜(gua)(gua)子同(tong)時烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干,上層(ceng)(ceng)大風(feng)量排濕(shi)氣(qi),將瓜(gua)(gua)子烘(hong)(hong)(hong)至(zhi)半干。經氣(qi)動閥開(kai)關,把瓜(gua)(gua)子放到(dao)下層(ceng)(ceng)進行高(gao)溫烤(kao)(kao)制(zhi),烤(kao)(kao)干后(hou)經氣(qi)動閥作 將瓜(gua)(gua)子放到(dao)出料(liao)(liao)斗,在過輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)輸(shu)送(song)到(dao)目的,同(tong)時上層(ceng)(ceng)再放入瓜(gua)(gua)子,相(xiang)當于(yu)傳(chuan)統(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)時蓋上透氣(qi)性織布,有效避免(mian)高(gao)溫烘(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)時的香(xiang)料(liao)(liao)味散失,提(ti)高(gao)香(xiang)料(liao)(liao)利用(yong)率。雙層(ceng)(ceng)設(she)計烘(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)既提(ti)高(gao)烤(kao)(kao)制(zhi)速度,又節約了能(neng)源。本(ben)機采(cai)用(yong)導熱油及蒸汽繞翅(chi)片管換熱器為(wei)熱源,也可以配熱風(feng)爐為(wei)熱源,下層(ceng)(ceng)設(she)有觀察窗,易于(yu)觀察瓜(gua)(gua)子狀態,避免(mian)因烘(hong)(hong)(hong)制(zhi)過度出現紅仁或質量不(bu)穩定,一(yi)般(ban)1000斤(jin)瓜(gua)(gua)子約2.5個小(xiao)時烤(kao)(kao)制(zhi)完畢(bi)。
